1. What ChatHopper is
ChatHopper is a paid room. We include the models — such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, and DeepSeek — in one thread. Models in the room can read the shared conversation and work the same problem.
One ChatHopper login. You do not sign into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Grok to chat. Customers do not paste API keys or hand over logins from other AI companies for model access. Upstream model providers have their own terms that govern how they process prompts sent through ChatHopper.
2. Agreement
By creating an account or using https://chathopper.app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your place of residence.
3. Accounts
You create a ChatHopper account with an email and password, or another method we offer. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private and for activity under your account.
ChatHopper calls model APIs on the server to operate your room. You are responsible for how you use the replies in your account.
4. Hopper Pass plans
ChatHopper sells Hopper Pass plans: Hopper, Pro, Max, and Yearly. Each Pass includes models and message caps described on the Pricing page (for example Hopper around $3/mo, Pro around $12/mo, Max around $29/mo, and Yearly Hopper around $30/yr when offered).
Prices, included models, and limits may change. Material changes will be reflected on chathopper.app. Paid plans renew until you cancel.
5. Payments
Hopper Pass is billed through our payment processor. By starting a paid plan you authorize recurring charges for the cycle you choose (monthly or annual). Taxes may apply where required.
Except where the law requires otherwise, fees are generally nonrefundable once a billing period has started. If a charge fails, we may pause Pass features until payment succeeds.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your Hopper Pass anytime in Settings. After cancellation, chat send is blocked until you restore your Pass or start a new one. You may delete your ChatHopper account by using the Contact form.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use ChatHopper to break the law, harm others, or violate any AI provider's terms
- Attempt to access other customers' rooms, data, or secrets
- Probe, overload, or disrupt the service, or reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows
- Resell, share, or rent ChatHopper accounts
- Upload malware, scrape the service at scale without permission, or automate abuse
We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules or that put the service or other users at risk.
8. Third party AI providers
Messages you send in a room are forwarded to the providers behind the models so those models can reply. Those providers process your prompts under their own privacy and service terms. ChatHopper does not control how a provider trains on or retains data once it receives a request.
Provider outages, rate limits, and account bans are outside our control. We do not guarantee that every model will always be available in your room.
9. Your content
You keep ownership of the prompts and other content you submit. You grant ChatHopper a limited license to host, transmit, and display that content as needed to run your room and improve reliability (for example storing chat history so the shared thread works).
10. Disclaimers
ChatHopper is provided as is and as available. AI outputs can be wrong, biased, or incomplete. Do not rely on the service for medical, legal, financial, or other high stakes advice without independent judgment. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ChatHopper and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for ChatHopper in the three months before the claim or (b) fifty US dollars.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The updated date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If a change is material, we will try to give reasonable notice through the product or by email when we have your address.
